Day 1: ARRIVAL DELHI 
                                                    
Upon arrival at Delhi’s international airport, you will be met by our representative who will assist you with the arrival transfer and check in formalities at the hotel. 
                                                    
Day 2: DELHI
                                                    
After breakfast proceed for Full day sightseeing tour of Delhi explore the Qutab complex which houses India's biggest single tower Qutab Minar and the 4th century rust free Iron Pillar; drive past the Mughal citadel named Lal Qila (Red Fort); and Lutyens Delhi with its tree lined boulevards leading to the British Viceroy's Palace (Rashtrapati Bhavan) now the official residence of the President of India, the secretariat, India ate and Parliament House. Also visit the grand Jama Masjid and Humayun's Tomb– the only monument ever built by a queen in memory of her beloved king husband, which was an inspiration for several other monuments, such as the incomparable Taj Mahal.

Day 3: DELHI-HARIDWAR- RISHIKESH (By: Train/ Surface)
                                                    
Today in time transfer to railway station to board train for Haridwar.

Departure: Delhi        At: 0650 Hrs        By: Dehradun Sh Exp
Arrival: Haridwar        At: 1125 Hrs

Upon arrival in Haridwar railway station, directly proceed for the city tour of Haridwar visiting different Temples, Ghats, Ashrams and Bazaars. After completing the sightseeing, you will be driven towards Rishikesh.

Upon arrival in Rishikesh, transfer and check in at the hotel. Evening introduction and briefing about the whole programme by Yoga teacher and. Dinner & overnight at the hotel. 
                                                    
Day 4: RISHIKESH
                                                    
Early morning yoga class followed by relaxation of body & mind. After relaxation learn about breath awareness exercise & stretching exercise followed by Yogic breakfast. Rest of the day is free at leisure. 
Evening yoga & traditional meditation class with instructor. Later proceed for Aarti - Evening Prayers and Lamp Ceremony on Ghats. Dinner and overnight at Ashram. 
                                                    
Day 5: RISHIKESH
                                                    
Early morning you we will learn relaxation, asana, followed up by yognindra followed by yogic breakfast, rest of day is free at leisure for own independent activities. 

Evening session includes modern meditation and class of suggestion therapy. Dinner and overnight at the hotel
                                                    
Day 6: RISHIKESH- CHANDIGRH (250 Kms/ 6 Hrs)
                                                    
Early morning after breakfast you will be driven towards Chandigarh. Upon arrival transfer and check in at the hotel. 

Later half day sightseeing of Chandigarh covering Rock Garden and Rose Garden.

Rock garden is an epitome of creativity and innovation. It is a unique garden that consists of various art objects. But the best part about the rock garden is that each of its artwork has been made by using industrial & urban waste. 

Rose Garden
Zakir Rose Garden in Chandigarh is Asia's largest Rose Garden. This garden was created in 1967 and is spread over an area of 30 acres and has 50,000 rose-bushes of 1600 different species of roses. Its collection includes not only natural varieties but also many of the hybrid varieties developed through tissue culture.

Day 7: CHANDIGRH- DHARAMSALA (245 Kms/ 7-8 Hrs)
                                                    
After breakfast you will be driven towards Dharamsala. Upon arrival in Dharamsala transfer and check in at the hotel. Remaining day is free for independent activities. Overnight at the hotel 
                                                    
Day 8: DHARAMSALA
                                                    
Morning experience meditation classes in friendly and conducive environment followed by breakfast. Later half day sightseeing of Dharamsala covering Bagsu temple, Dalai Lama monasteries and Tibetan bazaar. Evening enjoys meditation classes and overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: DHARAMSALA
                                                    
Morning and evening enjoy meditation classes in friendly and conducive environment. Rest of the day is at leisure for own independent activities. Overnight at the hotel

Day 10: DHARAMSALA- AMRITSAR (210 Kms/ 6-7 Hrs drive)
                                                    
Early morning after breakfast you will be driven towards Amritsar. Upon arrival transfer and check in at the hotel. Later afternoon proceeds to witness the beating retreat ceremony at the India- Pakistan border- Wagah border.

Return back to the hotel for overnight stay.
                                                    
Day 11: AMRITSAR- DELHI (By: train)
                                                    
Morning after breakfast at hotel proceed to half day city sightseeing of Amritsar covering Golden Temple and Jalianwala Bagh. 

Golden Temple: Located in the heart of the city is the Golden Temple, the most visited tourist attraction of Amritsar. Characterized by its four entrance doors (called deoris) in all four directions and the tastefully decorated shrines, in terms of art and architecture, the Golden Temple welcomes everyone regardless of the religion or faith one follows. The stunning sanctum, shimmering in the water of the holy tank, flanked by spotlessly clean marble walkways and pavements makes it breathtakingly beautiful.

Jalianwala Bagh: A historical monument that tells the sad story of mass killing during the independence movement in India, Jalianwala Bagh is another must visit in Amritsar. Here lies the memorial of the martyrs of the 1919 massacre by British General Dyer. Presently the place also has a park. The Martyr’s Gallery is open from 9 am to 5 pm in summers and from 10 am to 4 pm during winters.

In time transfer to Rail Station to board train for Delhi.
